Refunds are handled by the event organizer
If you need a refund, contact the event organizer directly. They set the event policy, ticket rules, and refund decision.
NairaEvents is not responsible for organizer refund decisions
NairaEvents does not own or run events listed by organizers. We can help confirm ticket and payment records, but we do not guarantee refunds unless required by a specific agreement or legal obligation.

If an event is cancelled, contact the organizer for next steps. You can also contact NairaEvents support if you need help finding your ticket or payment record.
Organizer and vendor responsibility
Organizers and vendors are responsible for accurate event details, service details, pricing, contact information, ticket rules, and payout account information.
Information we use
NairaEvents uses account details, event details, ticket records, payment references, vendor profiles, invite requests, payout details, and check-in records to operate the platform.
Payment data
Payments are processed through Paystack. NairaEvents does not store or process financial information.
Account and access safety
Accounts, events, tickets, vendor profiles, or payouts may be limited when fraud, abuse, duplicate access, or security risk is suspected.
